Organisational Harmony™: Performance through Diversity Two-day program. POA per 30 participants. For larger groups it is recommended that participants be split into groups of no more than 30 to maintain interaction, individual attention and impact. Minimum group size is ten. This program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each organization and contains components of goal setting, team dynamics, communication, harmonic language, organizational commitment, responsibility and breakthrough thinking. The program is hands-on and interactive, demanding a great deal of participation to maximize the return for the individual and the positive impact for the organization.
