The Programmes

Programmes will involve a combination of motivational speeches, structured group sessions, pre and post-programme assessments and 1-to-1 coaching sessions. Animus Consulting is also equipped to administer psychometric testing as part of any of their programmes.

A set of participant competencies are highlighted as outcomes for each of the programmes allowing for clients to assess programme efficacy.
